Sent this man a few emails with photos clearly stating what we wanted, eventually got him out after a lot of chasing. He had a 40 minute drive, 30 minutes cuppa with a chat about our RSJ’s we wanted, and then a 40 minute drive home we never got the information we asked for, he said he wanted architects drawings when we had said all along we were not using an architect. An experienced engineer should have been able to give us the calculations we needed. Most expensive cup of coffee I’ve ever bought it cost me £300. A total waste of money stay away if you have any sense.
