It has taken him several patient months to solve a difficult rodent problem but he has found a way, and throughout has been very kind, realistic about outcomes, and fair and transparent with charges. In each instance he has explained the range of pest control options that were available, clearly and objectively, and just as important, he outlined the chances of success realistically. Jonathan came within a day of booking to assist me with my ant problem - annoyingly these ants must have known and disappeared the morning of the appointment! Simon came round to set traps for field mice in the loft. On assessing the property, he was very honest and instead advised our doing remedial work on their access points into the house before trying to get rid of them. He spent time explaining how they lived, what holes they could access and how small they can make themselves (surprisingly small for a determined mouse). Would recommend to others with pest problems.
